Membership is ongoing because formation is ongoing. There is no graduation.

Month 1:
Impact Day
The gathering anchor of the quarter
The deep formation gathering. All three pillars — Shepherd, Equip and Disciple — engaged in full. Leaders arrive to encounter God, receive teaching, and process it together in trusted small groups. (Full Day - Virtual or in person)
Month 2:
Integration Session
Deepening what the Impact Day stirred
Leader formation doesn't happen in a room; it happens in the realm of work. The Integration Session exists to close the gap between insight and obedience, asking each leader: what did God say to you last month, and what have you done with it?

Community Session
The relational heartbeat
Kingdom impact requires obedience, and obedience requires trust and courage. The Community Day is not curriculum-driven — it is relationship-driven. This is where the community itself becomes the means of grace: peer formation, honest conversation, mutual care, grace-filled accountability, and the kind of prayer that only happens between people who truly know each other.

What "community" means in LeaderPrint
It's an easy word to use and a hard one to prove.
Here's what our community means:

You're in a small group, not an audience. Formation happens in threes and fours, where there's nowhere to hide and no reason to perform.
